Title: Oracle Tech Lead Location: Realistically want this person "local" but is flexible as long as the candidate is willing to travel to Wilmington, MA when needed (WILL NOT pay extra for them to travel) Needs to be in the New England area, or a few hour drive, SAME time zone. Phone + Skype ONLY USC/GC Job Summary: This role focuses on leveraging Oracle's Cloud Fusion application along with other 3rd party SaaS and on-premise solutions. The Senior Architect / Technical Lead plays a crucial role in defining strategy, driving innovation, and supporting solution delivery to ensure the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion capabilities. This position also contributes to integration, extensions, master data management, and reporting/business analytics strategies to ensure the effectiveness and cohesion of UniFirst's application landscape. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions utilizing Oracle Cloud Fusion and other relevant technologies. Lead the development team and provide guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and sprints. Work closely with external partners, such as PWC, to discuss the positioning of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) objects and evaluate appropriate integration approaches (e.g., OIC, MuleSoft, direct database connection, APEX, Visual Builder). Ensure effective integration and extensions of Oracle Financials/SCM solutions with 3rd party master data management and business analytics solutions. Provide project estimates, manage projects, and execute project plans to achieve deliverables. Support SOX requirements by ensuring compliance with internal and external auditing processes. Utilize SQL and PL/SQL skills to support data extraction, analysis, and problem resolution processes. Requirements: Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Technical Lead in a software development environment. At least five (5) years of experience with R12 Oracle Financials/SCM projects, including involvement in an end-to-end ERP implementation. Extensive experience (at least five (5) years) working with Oracle Cloud Fusion (SaaS) solutions, including expertise in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS Db solutions, and the DevOps platform. Strong understanding of the OCI Platform, OIC toolset, APEX, and VBCS. Proven experience integrating Oracle Financial/SCM solutions with 3rd party master data management and business analytics solutions. Proficiency in project management, including the ability to define and execute project plans. Comprehensive understanding of the ERP cloud application implementation life cycle process. Familiarity with supporting SOX requirements and internal/external auditing processes. Proficient skills in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, analysis, and problem resolution. Gaurav Nain
