Oracle SCM BSA (OWMS) Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Oracle cloud WMS (OWMS), formerly known as LogFire At least two end-to-end Oracle cloud WMS SaaS/PaaS project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the various modules Experience with integrating Oracle cloud based WMS modules with on premise systems Oracle WMS Cloud expertise is required Experience with interface design and development from ERP and sales order to WMS Integration experience with Parcel Applications - FedEx, UPS and others is required WMS Cloud solution experience Knowledge of integration aspects of WMS Cloud with MHE Conveyor Applications Experience of ASN and None Receiving Experience of Advanced Picking Methodologies Experience in building custom reports with Oracle WMS Experience in defining templates for custom allocations, inventory allocation, task creation and management WMS implementation to deal with revision, lot and serial control attributes Strong fundamental knowledge of end to end Supply Chain Management (SCM) in various domains, with primary focus on distribution applications Ability to design, configure, test and deploy Oracle WMS / warehouse / inventory systems Ability to create value in Oracle WMS implementations by identifying efficiency opportunities and managing risks Experience in troubleshooting extremely complex software solutions Ability to play roles of techno/functional analyst, project manager, business analyst, functional expert effectively Good communications skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables Responsibilities: Perform requirement gatherings, gap analysis to migrate/implement from legacy system to Oracle WMS Cloud (LogFire) SaaS/Paas Architect, design and implement the work flows to migrate to Oracle WMS cloud Design and implement solution in the areas of order management, quoting, manufacturing, analytics, distribution, inventory, etc. Design, develop and implement work flows for supply chain management Work through complete scope of entire implementation life cycle including business requirements, definitions, detailed process design, detailed system design, system configuration, gap analysis, business integration testing, data conversion, roll out and post roll out support Drive the execution of the plan and manage the day to day activities of the program Integrate Oracle cloud WMS modules as needed in project Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing Manage risk, assumptions, issues and dependency Responsible for the definition, documentation and execution of a project, actively participating in all phases of the project Work with relevant cross-functional teams to manage work assignments/work approach and ensure each project has clear goals and timelines; provide project estimation and planning, including being responsible for Supplier Personnel scheduling, resourcing requirements, and budgeting; manage project communications, providing formal and informal status updates both internally and externally; and support the analysis and planning of any future customized assessment work
