Title: Oracle Middleware Manager

Note - For this role, we need an Oracle Middleware architect tech lead who can receive requirements from the users or business analysts and design the solution which will integrate to Oracle ERP.  Experience with OIC and SOA is required and Boomi is a plus  

 Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Middleware Manager with over 10 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, and Oracle SOA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in middleware architecture and design, as well as experience managing teams of developers and engineers. Responsibilities: Manage a team of middleware developers and engineers. Design and implement middleware solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, and Oracle SOA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs. Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of middleware applications. Develop and maintain middleware architecture and standards. Develop and maintain documentation and processes for middleware applications. Provide technical guidance and support to team members in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to middleware systems. Develop and implement best practices and standards for middleware deployment, configuration, and management. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their middleware requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. Manage the middleware budget, including vendor contracts, licensing, and maintenance agreements. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards related to middleware systems. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for middleware systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in managing and supporting middleware technologies such as Boomi and Oracle SOA in Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS environments.
