Role: Oracle HRIS Consultant Location: Houston, TX Duration: 6+ Months Job Description They will be supporting the Oracle HR Fusion Cloud and will need to help with Compensation and Performance configurations of the Fusion Cloud Module. Also, they will be supporting the Taleo Recruiting/Talent Acquisition tool and writing SQL scripts from Oracle EBS to ADP which is the Payroll system they use. Duties: This will be a Team video interview This is local Houston. Onsite. They are open to hybrid as well, but they all go to office. 1. Configuring performance Management 2. Configuring Compensation (Exempt Bonus, Nin-exempt bonus planning) 3. They also have Taleo (talent management which is cloud based /oracle Fuson based) 4. SQL to land into ADP payroll system 5. Day to day Oracle cloud based solutions
