Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have at least 3-4 yrs. of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud functionally.
• Working experience and in-depth understanding in the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud:
  • • • Core HR
• Working experience in Integrations - outbound /inbound from/to HCM Cloud.
• Good knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud Data models.
• Good knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud HR business processes and their data flow
• Must have technical knowledge on Fast Formulas for different Oracle HCM modules and Personalization
• Experience in

1. Client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live

2. Assisting in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems

3. Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed knowledge of configuring all types of Oracle Cloud HR work structures, profiles, workflows, security, checklists, DFFs, Fast Formuals, AutoComplete Rules, help in settting up ODA (Oracle Digital)
• Work closely with other workstreams that feed into Core HR interfaces, reports, other modules such as Talent, Recruit, Learn as well as data migration.
• Guide in identifying the workarounds and solutions for business Challenges
• Documentation of BR100 and Personalization Documents
