Job Details:
Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Functional Consultant with Implementation experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for OTL and Absence area.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
8+ years of Information Technology experience
4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence module
Hands on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for US
Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Candidate should be proficient in all the OTL and Absence Processes
Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to OTL and Absence and other modules
Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus
