Total of 6 years' experience as functional consultant with detailed understanding of processes in Oracle HCM Cloud Recruitment & Onboarding, Core HR & Compensation modules.
Role:
Participate in requirement and To-Be process discussions with business and client IT teams. Create functional design & configuration/setup documents and co-ordinate with Offshore delivery team to facilitate successful project delivery
