Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Recruitment Cloud, Payroll, Learning and Talent Management, Benefits, OTL, and Absence Management Modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud HR and Benefits Administration configuration and system functionality.




Responsibilities:

  • Provide best practices system-level recommendations, guidance, and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify future-state needs and align them with Oracle HCM Cloud HR, Payroll and Benefits Administration configuration and system functionality.
  • Create prototypes, approach documents, and quick reference guides to ensure alignment with client requirements and current-state business processes.
  • Coordinate pre-development and post-development review sessions with development team, carriers, and clients.
  • Prepare functional specifications for interfaces with external systems.
  • Utilize Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Reporting and Analytic features to create and produce reports for data validation.
  • Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and create integrated UAT test plans across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong functional experience and expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruitment Cloud, Payroll, Learning and Talent Management, Benefits, OTL, and Absence Management.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud HR, ORC and Benefits Administration configuration and system functionality.
  • Experience in conducting workshops, documenting requirements, and validating current-state processes.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for efficient operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prepare meticulous design documents for integrations and reports.
