Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8 10 Yrs Technical/Functional Skills Oracle HCM Experience Required 8 10 Yrs in Functional consulting Roles & Responsibilities Must have at least 3-4 yrs. of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud functionally. Working experience and in-depth understanding in the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud: o Core HR Working experience in Integrations - outbound /inbound from/to HCM Cloud. Good knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud Data models. Good knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud HR business processes and their data flow Must have technical knowledge on Fast Formulas for different Oracle HCM modules and Personalization Experience in 1. Client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live 2. Assisting in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems 3. Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design Strong written and verbal communication skills Detailed knowledge of configuring all types of Oracle Cloud HR work structures, profiles, workflows, security, checklists, DFFs, Fast Formuals, AutoComplete Rules, help in settting up ODA (Oracle Digital) Work closely with other workstreams that feed into Core HR interfaces, reports, other modules such as Talent, Recruit, Learn as well as data migration.
