Must Haves
Strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, specifically in US Payroll (e.g., Element creation, Understanding of balances, Config, Payroll processing)
Strong communication, able to explain and train HCM concepts to a client well
Nice to have is background in Core HR and or Benefits.
