Oracle Functional Financials Consultant/Analyst

 



We are looking to add a new team member to work as a full-time employee a Business Analyst Consultant/Practice Lead for our clients as a specialist in Oracle Financials Applications.  We are leaders in Best Practice Solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle ERP Cloud Apps and is also the recipient of the “Oracle Excellence Award” for outstanding success with Oracle Software as a Service.



 



Together with our customers, consultants design intelligent business processes and indicator systems. Our special feature: Our consultants consistently count on easily comprehensible graphical business process models and provide already predefined best practice solutions. With the products of global market leader Oracle® and in close collaboration with our customers, we realize modern information systems.



 



What you will be doing:




  • Responsible for the development of customer presentations on analysis, design and improvement of business processes, specific to solving client’s needs.

  • Will be in charge of presenting workshops highlighting our solutions and how they can be tailored to client’s business.

  • Understanding business automation needs, gathering and documenting requirements, functional specifications, develop test plans producing and presenting the result.

  • Collaborate with the functional teams to implement, design and build solutions for business problems with Oracle applications, specifically E-Business Suites, and preferably Oracle Cloud Apps.

  • Execution of user training and coaching as well as supporting tasks during prototyping and test phases.

  • Assisting customers with support after deployment, including but not limited to customer and user orientation.



 



What you ‘ll need to get the job done:




  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, industrial engineering or computer science. Preferably with a focus on business administration, or equivalent experience.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Supply Finance and Accounting modules. User experience is beneficial.

  • Basic knowledge of database programming in SQL, PL/SQL is a plus.

  • Quick comprehensive skills, work well in both an independent and team environment.

  • Strong business communication skills, and comfort working with developers, executive level, and clients.

  • Mid-level experience with Oracle E-Business Suites and/or Oracle Cloud Applications., ERP, SCM, PPM, EPM, HCM, CX.

  • Must be able to facilitate presentations/meetings and interface well with clients.

  • Opportunity for some European Travel

  • US Citizens/Green card or Visas NOT requiring any sponsorship
