Responsible for recruitment and personnel management of Operations non-exempt and temporary workforce including but not limited to auditing timecards, posting job requisitions, and providing metrics to assess overall workforce performance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Measurements / Performance Indicators
- Handle full cycle of staffing and recruitment requests for manufacturing and operations
- Assist in orientation and/or set up on HRIS system
- Provide updates to supervisors/managers on new temp and/or direct-hire recruitment efforts and any personnel related issues
- Manage timecard review with manufacturing personnel and supervisors; correspond with temp agencies and supervisors for clarification
- Handle weekly invoice reconciliations and payroll with temp agencies & internal Accounting Department
- Prepare and maintain temp employment files and records.
- Work with HR team for compliance related matters.
- Work on ad hoc reports or tasks as assigned by Plant Manager and HR
- Other duties or projects as assigned.

- Possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR preferred but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
