Clinical Operations is a highly collaborative team that is responsible for the success of PicassoMDs users and partners. The Clinical Operations team owns the rollout, expansion, and sustainment of the PicassoMD platform in new and existing markets.

The new Operations Associate will be an integral part of this team. In this role, youll wear many different hats while supporting the team by creating materials and resources that will help us scale, running reports and analyzing data, facilitating meetings, creating collateral, and improving our overall operations by streamlining processes for our internal and external users.

Specifically, youll be:

• Collaborating with partners and the Field Team to create implementation plans that fit into the partners management structure and culture
• Supporting large-scale communications to partners and users (email campaigns, webinars, etc.)
• Assisting with collateral creation for partners (Ex. decks, data sets)
• Assisting with data analysis to facilitate successful partnerships
• Assisting Clinical Operations team members in improving workflows and playbooks to optimize performance (reducing manual work, rework, inefficiencies, etc.)
• Managing inbound requests to our various support queues
• Supporting provider acquisition and engagement events and activities to hit KPIs

Requirements

• You must be authorized to work in the United States
• This role is based in Washington, DC
• The role is primarily work from home but may require in-person work and travel up to 33%
• You must have a driver's license and access to a car to be able to drive to provider sites
• While not required, we prefer candidates that have experience working in or an affinity to the healthcare industry and an understanding of value-based care

Salary range for this role is $50-$65k
