Creative and Unique food company seeks an Executive Chef for their new opening project in the Litchfield Country. This is a creative opportunity to be a culinary partner to bring their vision of ingredient driven, approachable upscale casual comfort food all in a charming background to life.This position will oversee the onsite restaurant as well as work with ownership to build out the market and general store concept next door.
The ideal candidate has exposure in an entrepreneurial driven environment with a strong creative vision and opening experience. This is collaborative and team oriented setting that would provide the right candidate with a long term home. Open to equity partnership for the right candidate.
