Job Description
Title: Office Manager/Supervisor
Salary: $50,000
Position: Full-time (flexible)
Job Description
Our purpose-driven apparel company is hiring a highly skilled and experienced office administrator. We are looking for a very special person to join the small team and help scale our business. Candidate must be very intelligent, self directed, extremely efficient, have exceptionally strong organizational skills and a take charge / get it done / positive attitude. This is a high-growth opportunity position open only for serious candidates who would like to grow with our company for years into the future.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Excellent joyful customer service, Field telephone calls, check email and reply to inquiries
- Process high volume website and wholesale orders
- Maintain and update wholesale and retail account information in Excel
- Track and update inventory and production in Quickbooks
- Perform inventory control and order new stock as needed
Bookkeeping, A/P and A/R Responsibilities:
- Pay invoices by verifying transaction information, schedule and prepare disbursements, and obtain authorization of payment
- Receive revenue by verifying transaction information, computing charges and refunds, preparing invoices, identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments
- Deposit account receivables into bank account
- Prepare payroll and submit payroll taxes; weekly and quarterly
- Calculate and pay sales tax quarterly
- Generate 1099’s and W-2’s
- Assist with preparing monthly financial reports, budgets, and projections
- Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions
- Perform monthly account reconciliations
- File and maintain financial documents
Job Skills & Experience

- Track and manage multiple projects at once
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Complete tasks with limited supervision
- Working knowledge of Mac based computers, Microsoft Word & Excel,
Google Drive, Google Docs & Sheets
- 2-3 years of Quick Books experience a must
- Minimum of three years experience as an Office Administrator
- Minimum of two years experience in bookkeeping a plus
