Title - Occupational Therapist

Location - Maple Grove, MN 55369
Shift - Day (4x8 Hours) 7:30 16:00
Contract 13 weeks

Requirement:

Coverage is for maternity leave.
Adult Acute Care mainly ADL assessments
8 FTE (64 hrs per pay period) every 3rd weekend
8 hour shifts start time can be 0730 or 0800
National Board of Certification in OT (NBCOT)
MN OT State license (ETA is 4-6 weeks - must have applied)
