Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Nursing
• Proven experience as a Nursing Superintendent or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of hospitals and healthcare operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Malayalam
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
• Proficiency in nursing procedures and practices
• Knowledge of nursing regulatory guidelines and standards
