Job Responsibilities

• Patient history and testing


• Learn and use proper patient identification to avoid mistakes that can affect treatment.


• Calling insurance companies for any authorizations that may be needed,


• Relax patients by being friendly and personable 


• The right candidate will be trained for Surgery scheduling. This job consists of calling insurance companies and dealing hand in hand with the surrounding hospitals and making sure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or GED


• Will train the right candidate

• Ability to travel to different locations for patient care (once a week with paid mileage)


• Courteous, friendly personality that puts people at ease when they are nervous
