Job Description

The GCRM Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Global GCRM team as we continue to grow and scale. This is a fast-paced role and requires a candidate with the ability to maintain attention to detail while often multitasking. While this position resides on the GCRM team, its largely an internal role and not customer facing. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the below:

Engagement Tracking:
Building a system for tracking engagements in Salesforce to eventually align with broader CPQ initiative; maintaining this system on an ongoing basis. Producing a process that enables outcome measurement and traceability of engagements.

Data Management:
Maintaining and optimizing the GCRM database on an ongoing basis.

Project Management:
Acting as a project manager to move GCRM-secured customer content through the broader marketing and Ansys organization; using (link removed) to stay consistent with the broader marketing organization.

Materials Development, Internal and External:
Conducting and delivering robust internal landscape assessments for potential GCRM customers, compiling research, supporting the due diligence process with Account Managers and supporting the development of Value Proposition decks, when appropriate.

Competitive Analysis:
Conduct ongoing assessment of Ansys vs. competitors customer reference programs and content.

Represent GCRM:
Increasing program adoption and visibility within Ansys by promoting the importance of customer references and their value to the success of the business.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

Customer service mindset critical
Strong project and program management skills
Highly effective communicator with the ability to work cross functionally, managing simultaneous projects with schedule constraints
Highly organized; ability to multi-task and prioritize among a wide range of responsibilities
Proactive individual with an extreme attention to detail
Sense of urgency
Collaborative, team-oriented attitude



Preferred Qualifications and Skills

PR agency background strongly preferred
Ansys experience preferred, particularly in marketing
3-5 years+ of relevant experience
Experience in B2B technology marketing with understanding of current technology market trendssuch as electrification, autonomy, 5G, Cloud, AI/ML
Skilled in leading and influencing with authority while holding stakeholders accountable
Capable of constructing workable solutions when presented with multiple points of view
Strong process management skills and commitment to continuously improving quality and efficiencies of his/her/their own work and that of the team
Ability to work quickly and decisively, switching from project management tasks to critical thinking to customer engagement
