In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by conducting prospecting activities, assisting with conferences and trade shows, and providing general marketing support.
The ideal candidate will have experience with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, and sales lead tools. They should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to handle objections effectively. A strong affinity for data-driven marketing solutions that drive revenue and enable personalized marketing communications is essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a passion for helping brands achieve more than they thought possible by gaining a deep understanding of their customers and implementing personalized marketing strategies.
- Present basic company services and product information to prospects through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Conduct research to gather, compile and record valuable qualifying information from customer prospects.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Schedule new meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Support the account team by adding new qualified prospects to their sales pipeline within our CRM.
- Update and enhance data records using tools like HubSpot and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct all activities with the upmost integrity and professionalism, building trust and credibility.
- Coordinate conferences and tradeshow attendance, sponsorships, and exhibits.
- Manage all marketing requests and requirements for conferences, including scheduling, online task management, marketing support, shipping/drayage, and reservations.
- Potential travel to conferences, trade shows, and sales team meetings.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing and sales support roles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, and sales lead tools is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Excellent objection handling and negotiation abilities.
- Enthusiasm for data-driven marketing solutions that help brands drive revenue and create personalized marketing communications.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to travel for conferences, trade shows and team meetings when required.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
