Job Profile: The Senior Manager will be responsible for the development of sales activities of the company across the region, which includes travel across the region whenever required. Other responsibilities include the development of dealer network, handling negotiations and jobs with assistance and advice from the CEO and managing the junior team, generating and managing MIS, regular involvement in Sales follow-up to ensure targets are met, developing a sales strategy and managing key customer accounts and dealer networks. Other Requirements: Prior experience in working in or selling to fertilizer companies is mandatory CTC: 700,000 to 10,00,000 Note: This Client is one of the two major Zinc Oxide manufacturers in India have a production capacity close to 60,000 MTPA of Zinc Oxide and three manufacturing facilities. They also have a production capacity of 10,000 MTPA of other Zinc chemicals like Zinc Sulphate. They have a customer base of over 200 domestic customers and over 50 global customers in more than 10 countries..
