·Perform a wide variety ofassigned manufacturing tasks to produce high quality products under generalsupervision

·Perform work orderprocessing to complete product lots and move to inventory

·Wearing appropriatepersonal protective equipment (PPE) while handling chemical reagents

·Perform inspection ofmanufactured products

·Notify supervisors orother designated personnel of production problems (product nonconformance, workorder discrepancies, equipment malfunction, etc.)

·Maintain manufacturingsupplies and requisition as needed

·Maintain an organized,safe and efficient work area at all times (6S)

·Communicate suggestionsfor improvements to supervisor in order to enhance product quality, employeeproductivity, and workplace safety

1-4years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Basiccomputer literacy in a Windows and Camstar environment

Familiaritywith standard laboratory practices

Experiencewith GMP and FDA regulated products a plus

Familiaritywith Lean Manufacturing Principles and 6S a plus

Knowledgeand skills typically acquired through previous positions in a fast-pacedcorporate environment with similar involved responsibilities is a plus

·Ability to use a computerfor data entry into electronic systems

·Ability to understand andfollow standard operational procedures

·Ability to communicateeffectively with supervisor and other employees

·Ability to understand andfollow written and oral instructions with minimal supervision

·Ability to operateautomated equipment, use basic hand tools, and able to lift up to 25lbs.

Education:

Highschool diploma or equivalent required.

Somecollege level science courses or training are a plus.
