Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple Healthcare client accounts, providing oversight and direction to our offshore delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Retention and growth of existing assigned client accounts. Drives the expansion and/or renewal of existing accounts including identifying and driving upsell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Manage client expectations, relationship building, account success factors, effective communication, and overall quality of the account.
  • Responsible for Client service improvements, Account Strategy, new business opportunities and initiatives.
  • Serves as an escalation point for client issues, and coordinates with offshore Engineering managers to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Building and maintaining technical trusted advisor relationships with clients influential operational and technical decision makers for the successful adoption of KMSH services
  • Developing strategic level understanding and knowledge of emerging technology trends, tools, and services which can be leveraged on projects as needed.
  • Mentors our offshore delivery managers, and consistently identify and implement new ways to improve the quality of KMS Healthcare Services work.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree required (preferably in Computer Science or Computer Information or Healthcare fields).
  • 5+ years of experience within the healthcare software industry (ISVs) such as provider, payer, and/or life sciences technology systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading high performing distributed Agile teams and delivered healthcare technology software projects with high quality and on time delivery.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience with healthcare data workflows and focus areas such as revenue cycle (patient scheduling, registration, and treatment, claims processing and payment collection), clinical data, labs, medications, Clinical Study trials testing, etc.
  • Basic working Knowledge of the healthcare interoperability standards: HL7, CDA, FHIR, EDI X.12
  • Possess strong delivery management, proposal development, stakeholder communication skills and customer centric approach with agile mindset in delivering incremental business value.
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle using Agile methodologies including Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Superior writing and editing skills including proposals, presentations to clients.
  • Ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode whenever challenges or concerns arise.
  • Ability to manage and mentor Offshore staff. Ability to balance between realistic client expectations and team performance and delivery.
  • Open to travel on an annualized average of 35% of the time including international trips; peak travel can be 100% for up to a period of 2 weeks.
