As a
Trainee
youll be responsible for process design. Were on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch!


What youll do

Act in close cooperation with the project leader, (Component) Quality, and Production.
Follow the related release procedures.
Assists when conflicting process requirements arise, in order to support the definition of next steps, compromising and decision making.
Check and optimize the processes on new equipment
Check if new processes can be introduced and if existing processes are sufficiently robust to accept the use of new Components for mass production.


Your qualifications

Bachelors Degree
Good communication skills
