Job Purpose

• To process drug test results in a timely, efficient, and highly accurate manner. To work with other employees as a team in order to facilitate services to our clients in a friendly and helpful way.

• Primary responsibility is to process drug test results using customized software for the drug testing industry. Includes interaction and coordination with the MRO, donor, and laboratory. Must have a good knowledge of computers and be proficient in their use.


• Additional duties that may be requested by management if all results have been processed.


• Collect and process specimens including urine, hair, breath, nails, & saliva


• Travel to clients locations to perform these specimen collections.


• Be “on call” 24/7 on occasion to perform drug and/or alcohol test for afterhours emergencies.


• Prep patient for physicals by performing various task such as eye exams (wall chart) blood pressure, obtaining medical history, etc.


• Perform administrative duties including filing, bookkeeping, assisting with customer inquiries


• Answer the telephone in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner


• Greet customers and answer any questions they may have in a professional and friendly manner


• Constantly educate yourself about our industry so as to become more efficient in your job and valuable to the company


• Be professional and friendly towards co-workers and foster a team atmosphere in order to maximize productivity


• Clean and maintain the clinic routinely.


• Hours are M-F 8am-4pm, must be willing to come in earlier and stay later as job requirements dictate, many times we can schedule this (a day or two before) but occasionally we have very little notice (an hour or less)


• Have reliable transportation and be willing to use the vehicle for company use which is reimbursed at $.35/mile, have auto insurance in force


• Must be able to handle occasional belligerent customers in a professional and courteous manner.
