WHAT YOU'LL DO
Here's the technical stuff but it's worth a read as this will be your daily to-do list!
- Grow the business to profitability, energizing the team on daily, weekly & monthly objectives.
- Ensure member resolutions are done timely & with a kind spirit.
- Coach & develop team members to drive sales performance.
- Maintain a crisp, clean facility with equipment operating at full potential.
- Conduct staff meetings & set goals.
WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

- Some fitness facility or service-oriented management.
- Lean leadership and labor control skills the ability to do a lot with little we strongly encourage military veteran applicants!
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field a bonus, but NOT required!
- Experience supervising a minimum of 15 employees.
- Flexible to work non-traditional hours including weekends & some holidays.
- CPR/AED certified or can complete within 30 days from hire.
- Persuasive, candid communicator who encourages dialogue & debate.
- Gain expertise in industry, market & key business drivers.

- Up to $70,000/Annually depending on experience base plus variable
