MANAGER, GENERATIVE AI

As the Generative AI Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models to solve complex problems and drive innovation across our organization. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services. Your primary goal will be to drive innovation and push the boundaries of generative AI technology to create impactful solutions for our organization.
Responsibilities:
Own generative AI initiatives, focusing on enhancing efficiency and automation throughout the organization.
Conduct research and analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency enhancements.
Lead a team of AI researchers and engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in their professional growth.
Leverage Large Language Models (LLM) Generative Pre-Trained Transformer Based Models and build the pipeline to deliver multiple client deliverables and product work streams.
Deliver multiple Generative AI Based LLM, NLP Based scalable Solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of generative AI projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables on schedule.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish success criteria.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI techniques, frameworks, and tools, and assess their potential applicability to the organization's projects.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, assisting in solving complex challenges and driving technical excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. degree is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of generative AI techniques and frameworks, such as GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), or similar.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, probability theory, and mathematical modeling as applied to AI and machine learning.
A passion and excitement for the Generative AI space, particularly around the innovation of NLPs and LLMs used to power chat experiences.
Experience with multi-modal communication and understand the outstanding opportunities these modes of communication can provide to a messaging platform.
Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, including regression analysis, time series analysis, and clustering.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or ggplot.
Proven experience working with global teams distributed across multiple time zones, countries and cultures in a sophisticated technology environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
