We are looking forward to hire Lead Power BI Developer at the lead level who thrives on challenges and desires to make a real difference in the business world.

The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts within the team and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities :

To develop PowerBI dashboards.
Estimate technical requirements and breaks down work to user stories and tasks.
Design and work on proof of concepts that can be demonstrated to the customer.
Become customers trusted technical advisor and subject-matter expert.
Establish best practices and guide team.

Required Skills:

7+ years of Experience in Power BI Hands-on experience with thorough knowledge of scripting, data source integration and advanced visual development in PowerBI.
Performance tuning of BI reports.
Excellent skill in writing Complex DAX Queries.
SQL Server Database Skills (must have strong knowledge on the databases).
A deep understanding of, and ability to use and explain all aspects of, relational database design, multidimensional database design, OLTP, OLAP, KPIs, Scorecards, and Dashboards.
Good understanding of Data Modelling Techniques for Analytical Data (i.e. Facts, Dimensions, Measures).
Good team player, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with self-motivation, initiative and the ability to think outside the box.
Good PM to gather requirements from business teams.

Nice to have Skills:

Knowledge in Role Based access (good to have).
Good to have experience in Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob.
Good to have experience in SSIS, SSAS.
