Lab technicians perform numerous qualitative and quantitative analysis of various in-process, final product, and waste streams found on the plant site. Chromatography, titration, colorimetric, and other wet chemistry and instrumentation techniques are performed in carrying out these required analyses. These analyses are used to monitor the processes, identify nonconforming streams or product, and identify components within waste streams for economic and regulatory compliance. In addition to performing the actual tests, the technicians also maintain recordkeeping and reporting requirements to appropriate on-site personnel.

Requirements

• BS, Chemistry or science related field.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Position requires individual to work 12 hour rotating schedule.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
