SEARCH has an immediate opening for a qualified L1 / L2 Support Engineer to join SEARCH. This role will work with our internal information technology department to resolve issues, perform infrastructure maintenance tasks, and ensure smooth operations within the IT environment.

The position requires that candidates be able to:

• Support end users with technical issues relating to hardware, software.
• Travel to other SEARCH offices (if necessary) to assist in projects related to IT infrastructure.
• Perform maintenance tasks relating to infrastructure, backups, cloud services, etc.
• Raise issues to team members in a timely manner if unresolved.
• Other duties as assigned.

Other Important Need-to-Know Information:

• The position is intended to be based out of our Orlando, FL office (with a hybrid work schedule allowed)
  • Remote applications will be considered.

• Applicants must have reliable transportation.
• This position requires frequent travel.

Pay is commensurate with education and experience.

Requirements

• Computer Science Bachelor's degree (or higher)
  • Equivalent experience and/or certification may be used in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 environment, including SharePoint and Teams.
• Preferred knowledge of the Microsoft Azure environment, including Azure Active Directory and other Azure technologies.
• Preferred experience using Veaam, VMWare, and Fortinet devices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to multiple audiences.
• Experience with working well within a team.
