We have a new, exciting opportunity for a Level 2 Desktop Support Tech to join our client s team onsite in the Blaine, WA area.Scope of Activity and Responsibilities: -
Prepare 700+ new laptops and desktops for Windows 11 rollout -
Schedule pickup of laptops for end users based on old system out of warranty dates -
Guide users on self-migration instructions for Windows 11 -
Help users reinstall applications from old systems on new systems -
Provide guidance on saving data on OneDrive if necessary -
Schedule migration of Desktops over to new Desktops Skills and Qualifications: -
Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent -
Capabilities needed to deliver in-person and remote IT aid -
Fantastic installation, diagnostic, upgrade, and restoration abilities -
Excellent vertical and lateral thinking -
Superb time management skills -
Clear written and verbal communication Potential Pay Rate: $28/hr. - $32/hr. Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
