Benefits eligible for 30+ hour employees, they kick in the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

Education & Experience Required:
- Current, unencumbered LPN License in the State of Oregon, or the ability to obtain one
- Active LPN Cert or Associate Degree in Nursing

1 year working in geriatric nursing, including experience with

medication administration, delivery systems, and pharmacies is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication and motivational skills are essential to success
- Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations
- Must be able to perform essential jobs duties with or without reasonable accommodations
