Required Skills/Experience:
7+ Yrs. experience working with Apple products
8+ Yrs. of experience as Jamf admin / L3 / Mac admin
3+ Yrs. Of experience working with a global company 1000+ or more devices
4+ Yrs. Of Experience in MAC Packaging and scripting
Experience with workflows, integrations, third-party plugins, and peripherals.
Working collaboratively with other support teams (ServiceDesk, Deskside support )
Should be able to deep dives into issues during UAT, Betas from Apple, file and own cases with Apple, Jamf, Adobe, and any other vendor
Support the product like O365 POCs from MAC perspective The L3 role helps develop, test, and deploy processes with all support teams that are aligned with the Mac / Jamf admin device management processes i.e. refresh processes, net new deployments, OS upgrades
