Fava Tea Company is a family owned and operated small, Wisconsin-based business and we are seeking a part-time Keyholder for our Appleton, WI location.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Working the sales floor and helping guests make purchases perfect for themselves or purchasing gifts for others.


• Working with inventory and stocking the sales floor ensuring the sales floor looks appealing and back-end supplies are stocked for operational effectiveness.


• Working with and supporting the manager, assistant manager, other key holders and secondary associates to ensure the sales and product operations are running smoothly.


• Uphold the philosophy of the organization and serve as a model to other keyholders and secondary associates on the proper running of the store.


• Able to give feedback for improvement when necessary to make sure the organization is running smoothly.


• Responsible for some evening closings including making nightly deposits, cash handling and ensuring the store is clean and displays are organized in a visually appealing manner.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn and take on more responsibility is a must. Must be reliable, mature and possess a keen sense of attention to detail. Must be at least 18-years of age and have a clean driving record.

Position starts $8.00 to $9.30/hour and ranges from 20-30 hours per week.
