We are seeking experienced KPO Accountants to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidates will have previous experience working for Australian companies and have a strong understanding of Australian accounting practices and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accounting records and financial statements for clients.
Perform reconciliations and analysis of financial data.
Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with Australian tax laws.
Assist clients with financial planning and budgeting.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients and provide financial insights.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Previous experience working for Australian companies in a KPO environment.
Proficient in Australian accounting practices and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Australian tax laws and regulations.
Experience using accounting software such as Xero or MYOB is a plus.
