We are looking for a team of Junior Software Developers who have taken the step to equip themselves with high-demand skillsets through comprehensive bootcamp instruction. We plan to provide you with additional support through technical training resources, professional development and mentorship. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver with a strong desire to build and develop their coding career. This is an excellent opportunity for early career candidates and non-degreed talent.
The Junior Software Developer role is a full-time opportunity with an immersive paid training, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must have access to reliable broadband internet access. We are only considering talent that can work a hybrid onsite schedule in Rahway, NJ.
Capacity to participate and successfully complete the full-time, remote, 14-week training program is required to pursue this opportunity. Classes are held virtually and run full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day. You can expect 1 3 hours of homework each night.
Requirements:
- Understanding of basic programming principles
- General knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- General knowledge of a cloud environment
- General knowledge of a Windows Network Environment
- Effective communication skills written and verbal
- Completion of a coding bootcamp preferred
- No prior professional experience required.
Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- You must be a US Citizen or permanent resident - This opportunity does not qualify for immediate or future sponsorship.
- You must be able to work 3 days onsite in the Rahway, NJ office after the 14 week training - non- negotiable
