Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Junior Associate to join their Real Estate group in Austin.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.


• Bar Admission in Texas.


• 2-3 years of experience with real estate transactions, including financing, acquisition, disposition, financing, and development and leasing of commercial real estate(link removed)>
  
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, sophisticated law firm environment.


• Strong legal drafting and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.


• AmLaw 200 experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the financing, acquisition, development, and leasing of commercial real estate assets in Texas and across the U.S.


• Engage in a wide range of real estate transactions, gaining cross-disciplinary experience in real estate development, investments, and finance.


• Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys in a supportive and dynamic environment.
