Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly risk & performance reporting in partnership with fund accounting, risk, and investor relations across multiple credit and real estate investment strategies
Build automated Alteryx workflows and Power BI dashboards, providing actionable insights for executive leadership
Contribute to cross-functional projects associated with new fund launches, ongoing fundraising efforts, and internal integration initiatives
Assist with DDQs and ad-hoc data requests from existing and prospective investors
Act as a liaison between the business and technology to develop automated data pipelines as new reporting requirements emerge
Operate strategically in a dynamic, fast paced, collaborative environment to enhance processes and solve analytical problems
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Business Analytics
2+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Risk Management, or Consulting
Background with BI tools (Power BI, Alteryx)
Strong technical programming experience; SQL, Python
Relational data modeling fundamentals
Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines at once.
