We are looking for a detailed-oriented, analytical mind to join our team in Dallas in a joint media planner/buyer role supporting small to large B2B and small to mid-size B2C clients. This position is hybrid - based in the Dallas office 50% of the time, 50% remote.

Responsibilities
- Obtaining media outlet and programmatic advertising information
- Building information resources for plan consideration, including site statistics and opportunities
- Distributing RFPs to media outlets, following up and managing responses.
- Creation of a media schedule with all pertinent information
- Interacting with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a media plan.
- Collecting and analyzing information on different media channels including conducting Point of View (PoV) analyses
- Contributing to media budget management
- Optimizing plans and budgets according to the best media mix in conjunction with analytics teams
- Following media trends
- Mining new opportunities and sources
Requirements
- Proven experience as a media planner or buyer 1 to 2 years of experience mandatory
- Programmatic/digital experience required (DSP management not part of the job)
- BONUS: Experience in broadcast, terrestrial radio, and OOH planning
- Familiarity with media buying, research and campaign evaluation metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A love for numbers, budgets, and detail
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good interpersonal skills focused on relationship building with media partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills
- A bachelors degree in advertising, communications, business, or another related field
