Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior MIS to join our team at VCATCH. As a Junior MIS, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and analysis of data to support operational decision-making. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with a salary range of competitive based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO or related industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to handle WhatsApp chats to help resolve the issues of the customers.
• Prior experience in a fintech industry is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to the company's operational activities.
• Support the development and maintenance of MIS reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide insights to drive operational efficiency.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize data management and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and MIS reporting.
