Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Java Backend Developer to join our team at Reva HR Solutions. As a Junior Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java applications with a focus on backend development. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 2.5 to 4 years of experience in Java backend development.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2.5 to 4 years of mid-level experience in Java backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Framework.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, JPA).
• Good understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications with a focus on backend development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Participate in agile development process, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
