Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Junior Java Backend Developer to join our team at Reva HR Solutions. As a Junior Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java applications with a focus on backend development. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 2.5 to 4 years of experience in Java backend development.

Qualifications and Skills
- 2.5 to 4 years of mid-level experience in Java backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Framework.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, JPA).
- Good understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java applications with a focus on backend development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Java backend development.
- Work closely with frontend developers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
- Document software design and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and company policies.
- Participate in agile development process, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
