We are in search of a JUNIOR IT HR/recruiter with prior experience in candidate recruitment within the software industry, particularly in Gujarat. The role is designated as IT recruiter, and we require candidates with 6 months to 1 year of IT recruitment experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Sourcing and screening of CVs.
• Identifying suitable candidates from various channels is a prerequisite.
• Conducting initial interviews.
• Proficiency in leveraging social media for candidate searches.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills in English is Must.
• Fundamental understanding of terminologies used in the IT software sector.
