As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key contributor in a high-growth environment by providing financial analysis as well as traditional accounting activities in support of our Operations and Sales teams. You will interact with company leaders daily and have a large impact within a growing FinTech organization, in addition we will help you develop your skills in financial modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and use an NPV model to help value new clients (up to 50 per quarter). Support growth by enhancing the valuation model and conducting model back checks. Add new variables to the model inputs and improve the model matching algorithm.
  • Develop models to forecast operational volumes and lead efforts to develop the companys annual budget
  • Consolidate weekly and monthly reporting metrics for senior leader dashboards
  • Assist in the development of board meeting presentations by developing slides, validating data, and coordinating presentation efforts across the organization.
  • Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of the various models, spreadsheets, and processes used in this role.
  • Monitor and track client performance with a database model and provide suggestions for improvement and simplification.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of operational bank accounts
  • Assist with the development and tracking of client contracts

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics, or similar
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Experience in small business, financial services, and risk management
