We are seeking a Junior Exchange Administrator to join our team to support a premier enterprise partner. You will be responsible for optimizing systems, deploying and managing accounts, and providing technical support to end-users. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals and a team of mentors who will guide you in your development, while also being given the opportunity to learn new skills and technologies on your own. Responsibilities - Optimize and maintain the Exchange Server and Outlook Web Access
- Deploy and manage email accounts for new and existing employees, as well as manage email distribution lists and groups
- Provide technical support to end-users with email and calendar issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems
- Assist with security and compliance initiatives related to email, including monitoring and reporting on email usage and implementing policies and procedures
- Participate in projects related to email and calendaring, including upgrades and migrations to newer versions
- Keep up-to-date with new developments in enterprise communication technologies
Requirements - Experience in an IT support role
- Familiarity with Exchange Server and Outlook Web Access
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and configuring email systems and accounts
- Good communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to end-user support
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the IT team.
