About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Junior Email Marketer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0.6 years of experience in any IT domain who are looking to kickstart their career in email marketing. As a Junior Email Marketing Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills in B2C email campaigns, with a focus on utilising Klaviyo. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment and contribute to our email marketing efforts.

Salary range: 10k- 18k

Location: Chandigarh

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the email marketing team to assist in the development and execution of B2C email marketing campaigns.
• Learn to utilize Klaviyo to create and manage email flows, automated workflows, and personalized dynamic content under the guidance of senior specialists.
• Support in crafting compelling and engaging email content, including subject lines, body copy, visuals, and calls-to-action (CTAs), to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Assist in conducting A/B testing on various email elements, such as subject lines, content, and visuals, to contribute to campaign refinement and optimization.
• Learn to analyze key email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in B2C email marketing, and assist in incorporating innovative strategies into campaigns.
• Adhere to email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, while learning to ensure compliance.
