Your responsibilities:
Engagement in the process of collecting, processing and analyzing compensation and policy data
Delivery of ad hoc queries and data analysis
Prepare presentations, compensation and policy reports for our clients
Collaboration with colleagues from various Mercer offices around the globe
Effective communication with all external and internal stakeholders
Our requirements:
Strong numerical and analytical skills, a natural inclination for working with data, and detail oriented
Communicative/Fluent command of written and spoken English
Experience in using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Knowledge of advanced functions would be an advantage (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Availability for a full-time position. (Monday-Friday, flexible 8-10 a.m. 4-6 p.m. / tailored to your needs and in agreement with your manager)
