As a
Junior Collections Specialist,
youll be responsible for ensuring our customers make their payments on time.

What youll do

Confirm and negotiate with customers to collect payments.
Contact customers to discuss their overdue payments and develop repayment plans.
Process customer payments.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
Report on collection progress and results.


Your qualifications


Bachelors degree completed in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.


2+ years of experience in collections, with a focus on cash collection.


Fluency in English (and Spanish) is MANDATORY.


Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
