Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for taking leadership to meet, collaborate and initiate clinical trials at various healthcare facilities.
2. Prepare documentation for seeking permission to initiate clinical trials.
3. Responsible for managing the healthcare facilities' requirements, needs, and help needed.
4. Delivers results that have a direct impact on the successful completion of the clinical program.
5. Coordinates with PM and communicates to them progress and critical issues that may impair trial progress.
6. Train and guide site staff in the protocol and trial procedures to minimize protocol deviations (PDs).
7. Train site staff in safety information handling devices and systems.
8. Monitor & review the process and maintain the database in an organized system.
9. Identify potential risks/difficulties and proactively take action to prevent or mitigate them.
10. Ensure collaboration with and deliverables from.
11. Collection and management of essential documents
