Magic Law Group Incorporated is seeking a Junior Attorney in Woodland Hills, California. Duties include; meet with clients, draft legal documents such as briefs, legal memorandum, motions, draft persuasive responses and other related legal correspondence to be sent to opposing parties, third parties or to be filed with the court system or government counsel. Perform legal research, analysis of applicable laws in various client situations and the provision of legal advice to clients. Prepare clients for court appearances and court hearings, interrogations and examinations. Collect and evaluate various types of evidence such as psychological evaluations and other health-related records. Establish legal strategies, represent clients both in court proceedings and out of court proceedings; Present negotiations outside the courtroom, effectively communicate with all parties involved. Assess probable legal outcomes of cases. Apply existing laws; Determine whether events comply with laws and regulations, conduct legal research, refer to case law. Requires JD Degree or its foreign educational equivalent plus 12 months of experience in the job duties or related legal position.
